Christopher Krueger, MAI
Mr. Krueger has been appraising real estate since 2006. Prior to entering the the appraisal field he attended Marquette University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance. He later obtained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
During his appraisal career Mr. Krueger has appraised nearly all forms of commercial real estate ranging from complex special use properties to traditional neighborhood and local commercial real estate. He has been involved in large scale portfolio valuations, going concern appraisals as well condemnation work. Additionally, Mr. Krueger has extensive experience valuing limited service hotel properties as well as institutional real estate with an emphasis on religious and educational buildings.
